Instructions

Timing

Consume Bi(Carr)b 120 minutes before races or high-intensity exercise for optimal results.

Preparation Instructions

Empty one portion of Bi(Carr)b Energy mix into a small mixing bowl. Optionally add the flavour mix.

Add 60ml of water and stir for approx. 1 minute. You now have your Energy mix!

Add the bicarbonate of soda (your portion of 12g, 16g, or 20g) to the Energy mix. Optionally add the flavouring. Stir until it is fully combined.

Now, eat (but don’t chew) the mixture. Drink a small amount of water to help with ingestion if necessary.

Post-Consumption: Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after exercise. Bicarbonate of soda can increase thirst.
