We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@ezgains.co.uk we will then supply you with a returns form, please fill this out and return via email. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for posting back to us and EZ Gains receiving your returned item. If posting from abroad please make sure its noted that it is a returned item to avoid import taxes. EZ Gains has lists of wheels and crank makes and models etc so we know in most cases what items fit your items, in some cases we may supply you with a larger disc wheel cover based on the make of your wheel for best fitting.
If you have ordered from abroad and you decide to return the item, unfortunately if you are in the EU or the 40 countries were taxes are paid by EZGains we cannot claim this back from your countries taxing system, this is a 21% tax and 3% customs duties that will need to be deducted from your return also the shipping cost from our end. USA will not be subject for a tax deduction on return just the shipping cost will be deducted.
If you have selected "EU Tax & Duties NOT PAID (Customs fees may apply)" at checkout and then are asked for customs fees to be paid by customs, and refuse to pay them, your parcel will be returned. If you wish to have a refund, the return fee and return shipping fee will be reducted from your total refund, and you will will not be refunded your original shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged used goods
If the item is damaged by the user it is non refundable, if its a fault in the product within 1 years of ordering we will replace it after inspection.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Postage
Postage will not be refunded.
