Did not ship or subsequently arrive within the advised time frames. I email the company to query this and never received a response. Once the product did eventually arrive in country there were additional delivery charges from the courier. The package was poorly wrapped and arrived damaged, luckily content was intact.
Between shipping and a bill from FedEx the cost was very high.
I give it a 2 in total. It's 4 stars when you have it on and use it. It's 0 stars when you want to take it off. The glue sticks like crazy and you cant use some cleaners because then you gone get a wheel that looks like shit. Picture is from after using something stronger to remove the glue. Hot water and some mild cleaners doesn’t remove the glue.
So if you gone have it on 100% it's great value. If you like me wants to remove it I would buy a second wheel because removing the glue is impossible.
Very unhappy about this order, wondering if it is possible to cancel it since I never received it and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift (but found something else instead). Ordered on Nov 28th and it still appears to be in the UK according to UPS.
Hi Anthony, Thank you for your patience with your order. We have chased up with our shipping provider and are awaiting a response from them now. It seems like your parcel was stopped by UPS in a random check along with some parcels from other companies, then held until all parcels had been checked before export. It is now in Canada for onward shipping but delayed slightly due to the Christmas holidays. We will be tracking this and keep you updated via email.
I’m an engineer, so I recognize how hard it is to satisfy everyone and build products. This is my subjective feedback around my use and experience. This feedback is meant tobe useful for product evolution.
1) the product doesn’t take advantage of the saddle water bottle fixations features. Being the product specific to every saddle it should use them.
2) the product is extremely heavy for what it is, a lot of bolts and nuts as well as a very heavy plastic structure.
Using saddle features it could be rendered lighter
3) very hard to reach on my bike configuration. It can only be used to carry replacement bottles.

Hi Stefano, really shocked to hear this, the EZ Hydro-Gains for the Prologo saddle was the same one used for Sam Laidlows saddle at Ironman Leeds probably one of the worst surface courses on the triathlon scene which Sam ran x2 FULL 1ltr bottles on with no issues, he then went on to use it at other races until he upgraded to the Prologo Predator which we designed the EZ Hydro-Gains for, we also have sold around 250 for the Prologo Dimensions being one of the most popular saddles on the market, the unit weight is around 150g without bottles and cages using cross support beams for strength to keep the weight down, it has two bolts to clamp to the rails, two bolts on the fin to change angle and two bolts to move back and forward, you need these to optimise the position of the bottles if it was a one piece unit it would not work. We tested the current 4mm screw holes and the cage just came straight off with just one 750ml bottle so we decided not to use them, and go with the stronger method of clamping straight to the rails, the bottles are closer to your bottom so would it not be easier to reach your bottles ? Thanks for the feedback but I am struggling to see the issue.
As advertised, EZ gains without the cost! Hard to find a disc wheel for a 650b. If you find one, it’s over $1K. I wrapped my wheels using Sticky Velo Decals 650b Kit for DT SWISS ARC 1100 or ARC 1400 wheels. See the pictures…it’s a whole different bike now, both looks and speed!

Wheel covers were great, but we asked for red stickers and got black. Now we’re on the hunt for red all over again. This was a gift and we were pretty disappointed!
Hey Jennie just checked the order and we have down red 'valve hole stickers' and on the dispatch note it quotes red 'valve hole stickers', the black rim tape is always black and is part of the EZ Disc package. Are you referring to valve hole stickers or Swirls ? There were no red swirls for the wheel on the order. If you send an image of the black/grey valve stickers we be happy to send out the red ones if we got it wrong. Have a fantastic X Mas.

This product shows how this 3D printing business should work. The products, the packaging, the bolts, tools, everything is 1st class. A custom labeled double cage mount could have been in the mix too, but hey, ZTTO making good products too.
It is rock solid, sexy af, from behind, like a Strike Eagle preying over the battlefield to boldly propel you to new PMs and KOMs where no triathlete has gone before.
Absolutely recommended with Gorilla XT cages it is just the perfect BTS you need for hydration. Secure insert and take out is easy and secure to wobbling, no fiddling, just bang you can drink, and boom it is in the cage, smash the pedals!

After testing at Silverstone wind tunnel and it showing a 2.5 watt gains I will definitely be turning my non aero front end into an aero cockpit.
Simple to fit, smooth on the ride, and I can actually feel that extra push when the speed picks up.

Hi Geoff, Apologies for the delay in transit. I can see your parcel arrived later than usual. Unfortunately after tariffs were introduced it caused a huge hurdle for us at EZ Gains finding new ways to ship parcels to the US with customs paid. Whilst figuring this out we took a huge hit on most orders paying US customs for our customers. We have now streamlined our shipping methods (switching parcels back to FedEx, direct from our office) and they are running much smoother and faster.

I have been looking for a very long time for a mount that will work on my Selle Watt saddle. I have tried various solutions and brands and was loosing hope because they didn’t fit right for me until I saw this solution when I was in IM Langkawi earlier this month. At first sight. I knew it was the mount that I was looking for. No problems with the installation whatsoever. Took less than 10mins to install.
