I have ordered twice without yet being able to install. I did errors during the order, however, it was very easy to do errors in this case. So we are in the process of cleaning up the order so that I can get the right double bottle mount for metal rails - Specialized Citero saddle. This is now taking time...
Really the best BTS solution Ive seen. Ive tried a few but the build quality and the way the system has been designed is fantastic, very well thought out.

Setup was easy, but I need to figure out a way to tighten everything up so it doesn't rattle. Some electrical tape in the joints will probably do the trick

We don't recommend using electrical tape or any other material to pad out the fit, as each Hydro Gains is precision-designed to fit a specific saddle model. If there is any movement, it is usually due to the fitting or discrepancy on the saddle rather than the product itself.
Please watch the fitting video and complete the warranty registration form, as this not only activates your warranty but also demonstrates the correct installation process. If you still experience any movement after following the fitting guide, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to help ensure everything is fitted correctly.

I have checked the tracking information and can see that your parcel was successfully delivered yesterday 16/7/26. I am very sorry that the delivery took longer than expected and appreciate how frustrating the delay must have been for you.
For clarity, your order was placed on Friday 19 June, after our courier collections had already taken place for the day. As there are no collections over the weekend, your order was processed on Monday and collected by the courier on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, the tracking shows that the subsequent delay was due to the parcel being held for customs clearance. Customs procedures and any requests for additional information or documentation are outside both our and the courier's control, and regrettably this resulted in your parcel taking longer to reach you than we would normally expect.

It has now been 77 days since I placed my order - Order #S14661
During this time, I’ve been told to wait for a mount, then for another solution, and now I’m still waiting for yet another promise to become reality. In the meantime, all I have at home is a useless piece of plastic.
I even tried selling it on Facebook Marketplace, but not a single person was interested—not even at half the original price—because, with the current mounting system, it simply isn’t usable.
Dear team, please either issue at least a partial refund or expedite the production of the new mount.
Your ambassador mentioned that you’re a small company, and I understand that. But earning customer loyalty isn’t about the size of the company. Even a one-person business can build trust by taking care of its customers and standing behind its products.

We are very sorry that this has taken longer to resolve than either you or we would have liked, and we completely understand your frustration.
Initially, there was some confusion regarding the exact saddle model you have and the saddle for which we were already developing a new clamp. We sent you the clamp that we believed was compatible, but unfortunately, when you received it, we discovered that your saddle was a different model and that the clamp did not fit correctly. We sincerely apologise for this misunderstanding.
Following this, rather than leaving you without a solution, we purchased the exact same saddle that you have so that our team could develop and test a new clamp specifically for your saddle. This is currently in development, and our intention has been to provide you with the new clamp as soon as it is ready.
We appreciate, however, that you have already waited a considerable amount of time and that you may no longer wish to wait for the new clamp to become available. If that is the case, we are more than happy to arrange a refund for you. Should you still wish to use the system in the future, you would then be welcome to purchase it again once the compatible clamp for your saddle is available.
As a small company, we genuinely value our customers and want them to be happy with both our products and the service they receive. We are sorry that, despite our efforts to develop a bespoke solution for your particular saddle, we have not been able to resolve this as quickly as we had hoped.

Very quick delivery and easy enough to assemble. Have been out a few times now on the bike and can feel the benefit. Happy with this product so far.
Saddle Clamp Only-This will only work with the EZ Hydro-Gains system and no other system.
First ride with it was a race and I got my best time in 2 years. Looking forward to breaking more PBs.
I had a very positive experience with EZ Gains. Unfortunately, I lost a part of my BTS system during a race 1/2 Indeland tri, and I contacted their support team to see what could be done.
To my surprise, they shipped a replacement unit free of charge. I really appreciated this gesture and their willingness to help. The communication was friendly, the support was fast, and the replacement arrived without any issues.
It is rare to find customer service that goes above and beyond like this. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.
I put in the freezer before my half marathon and it worked wonders
I recently used a set of DT Swiss wheels that had the EZ disc cover on the rear, first of all it looks great! Secondly when riding and doing events they go really well and are very fast. Would highly recommend this product if you are after aero gains for a great price
Superb craftsmanship. Don’t quite fit the profile design arm cups - needed some filing. But eliminated the pain in my shoulders so very pleased!!!
Unfortunately mechanicals happen and ensuring that you have spares to sort out any issues that arise is important in long distance racing. Additionally, it offers an aerodynamic way of carrying a bottle behind your saddle which EZ Gains have proved to save watts. Lots of new bikes don’t have ways of carrying anything, so this is a brilliant way to do hydration and spares
Great product, but it's literally $65 more in the U.S. because of customs and shipping into U.S.A. I got a bill a couple months later from FedEx saying I owed them $65 for delivery, mostly customs fee...
This is my 2nd purchase (TriRig Kappa Cage) from this company and I am pleased to say they continue to excel in product and service. I highly recommend this bottle cage. Snug, holds bottles well and looks great.

I just hope it doesn't come off, because it's only attached about 3mm, because then the braking surface of the rim is there and there was no more space. It was a bit big for my wheel.

Simple to install! Came with extra bolts which I ended up needing. I didn’t check the tightness of the bolts that came pre-installed and they came loose during my first ride. Glad they sent spares.
