Was supposed to be free shipping and then charged me $60
I was sceptical as it is quite an expensive BTS System, but I was super impressed with the fit on my Fitzik Saddle. It is extremely well engineered and definitely worth the money.
Really impressed with this. I originally tried a cheaper 3D-printed alternative, but it broke after just one ride, so I decided to go for the EZ Gains setup instead.
The difference in quality is obvious straight away. It feels much more solid and secure, fits my Selle Italia Watt saddle properly, and held the bottles firmly even over rough roads during training and racing. The whole setup is also very neat and aero compared with a conventional rear hydration system.
It’s not the cheapest option, but after trying the cheaper route first, I’d say it’s worth paying for something that you can actually trust in a race. Really happy with it.
- just put a simple bite-on mouth piece on the tube
- hairband to tug the tube to the canister
- some string or similar for the plug to pull it out more easily while riding to top up tank from bottles

Really impressed with the specific fit to my Selle Italia Watt Superflow, its perfect. I went from a cheaper double bottle mount which failed over time with two 750ml bottles to the EZ Gains Hydro Mount and I'm really impressed with the quality and how sturdy it is. Also a lot easier to access/stow the bottles whilst on the move compared to the cheaper option which was under the saddle, awkward to access and fiddly. Another premium product from EZ Gains!
Contributed to my sub 5hour 70.3 and im sure it’ll aid my goals of sub 10 hour full IM!!

To be honest: This stuff is the best thing from England since winning World War 2. Yes, it's expensive. And because of the f...in Brexit I had to pay more than 100 € for tax. But: It was worth every cent. So thank you very much for engineering finest Bike-Stuff. And, of course, also thanks for 8 May 1945: The day of victory over the Nazi dictatorship. Our team provided extensive support via WhatsApp, reviewed the videos you supplied, checked the same clamp and saddle combination in our workshop, and offered further troubleshooting to identify the source of the movement.
As we were unable to resolve this unusual compatibility issue to your satisfaction, we issued you with a full refund. We always take product concerns seriously and are disappointed that, despite the support provided and the matter being fully refunded, you felt your experience warranted a one-star review.
Your description of this product and the “rim tape” is/was incorrect. Now you want me to pay the additional costs to have the extra items sent.
We are sorry that the wording of the product description caused confusion. Your order contained the correct quantity: two sheets supplied with the EZ Disc for the initial installation, plus the one additional sheet you purchased.
Each sheet contains nine strips. One sheet provides enough tape to secure both sides of the wheel in one position—either underneath or over the disc cover. The initial installation shown in our video uses tape both underneath and over the cover, so two sheets are supplied with every EZ Disc. The additional sheet is intended for replacing one set of tape later, rather than repeating the entire initial installation.
We accept that this distinction could have been stated more clearly, and we have agreed to update the website description. We also offered to provide another sheet completely free of charge; we asked only for the postage cost, as all items originally ordered had been supplied correctly. We are sorry that this resolution did not meet your expectations.
Firstly not properly fit product was sent (the crank width was correct, but the hight from chainring was never asked and because of that did not fit perfectly). Secondly it started to distrurb SRAM RED powermeter readings with 0. After no response from support finally got some reply to send it back ... not sure it is even worth the hustle. So marginal aero gains and not worth power blindness. Basically you just get the idea why no pro is actually using them.

Appropriate chainring guards are sent out using the crank-arm measurements and photographs supplied when the order is placed. We review this information before dispatch and contact customers if we identify a likely compatibility issue. Based on the information provided with your order, we had no reason to believe that the guard would not fit correctly.
We would be very happy to help investigate the installation and determine what is causing the zero readings. Please contact us if you would like further fitting support. Alternatively, as already advised, you are welcome to return the product so that the matter can be resolved.
Saddle Clamp Only - Only Compatible with Hydro-Gains® and Hydro-Gains Toolbox®
Unfortunately I tried this product, but it does not appear to get a correct clamp on the saddle despite being installed to spec. I spent additional money getting a replacement clamp to see if that helped, but that had similar results. The bottles would just begin to bounce, and increase in looseness to the point my fizik saddle is also now destroyed. I emailed a few times for support but no response yet so I’m out >$700 US between the saddle and the product. Just sucked it up and bought a saddle replacement and different BTS option. Have heard from others about how these have broken off during races. At this price point I’d look elsewhere. Hate leaving bad reviews but wish I knew this, hopefully they figure this out in future generations of the product and bring the costs a little more reasonable for what it is.

Your refund has not been refused. Your order was placed using the “EU Tax & Duties Not Paid” shipping option, and the parcel was returned to us after the import charges were not paid.
We have now received the returned parcel and emailed you to offer two options:
We can resend the order once the new shipping cost, £15 return charge and import duties have been paid; or
We can refund the returned products, less the original shipping cost and the £15 return fee charged to us.
