Great part. Easy install , really nice bit is how the main fixture is snug into the saddle so when packing the bike into a bike box you can just remove the main airfoil part off and reinstall with only two bolts , very sturdy. Just need to increase torque on saddle a bit to compensate for extra weight but easy fix

I purchased this the week before ironman california and mistakenly selected that i would pick it up in kona. Contacted them 3 days i left for the race and they overnight shipped it to california from the UK and it shockingly was here in less than 14hrs. The product itself was very easy to install, during the race i noticed hundreds of different brands of the same product littering the roadway as they had vibrated loose and fell off. Mine had no issues, even with the xlab chimp bottle cage I never lost a bottle. I averaged 22.1mph over the 112 mile course. Very happy with my purchase
Decals for Ezdisc wheel arrived folded up in the box. They may be fine once I put them on my bike before my race in two weeks, but for the price I’d expect there there to be no doubt
Cheap plastic sh*t. Broke 3 times in different locations within 6 months of usage carrying 2x500ml bottles. Cost me dear in a race and the loss of expensive bottle cages. Athletes of any level need equipment they can rely on and this isn't it.
Customer service to provide warranty replacements was excellent. EZ Gains must be well practised at providing these given how frequently these things break, and the low build quality means they must cost pennies to issue.
Customer service failed to offer a refund after repeated, costly failures.
It is disrespectful to the triathlon community to keep selling this item.
This company is legit. At first I was not really trust about the quality, but I placed the older anyway. When I received the product at kona, the product is fantastic. The tolerance is spot on, the design is extreme smart. It's also very easy to install. I am impressed about the quality and how they handle all this. Highly recommended.

I purchased the EZ Hydro Gains with Toolbox for my ISM PR 3.0, expecting to store my electric pump inside. However, despite the advertised dimensions of 6 × 4 × 8 cm, my Voxom EPu2 pump (4.5 × 3.2 × 7.15 cm) does not fit due to the internal screw holder and narrow bottom section. The actual usable space is significantly smaller than expected. Disappointing, as I cannot use the toolbox as intended.
Great product. Hate paying super high duty tax however. Somehow ekoi has figured out how to do this properly. I’d order way more if that wasn’t an issue.
I was getting my bike serviced anyway, so handed the box to them and said attach it please.
Note back “ total nightmare, with rim tape , ended up using multiple 6cm black electrical tape strips…” .. and they charged me 50pounds extra ? presumably took them about an hour ?
Because wind tunnel testing is so expensive I can totally trust Ezgains data to improve my bike knowing I’m going faster for the same power and over an Ironman this is a huge gain for me. Two Ironman podiums for me this year using Ezgains products. I can’t wait to get more and go faster in 2027

I received the product, and I am extremely disappointed. Aesthetically, there is nothing to complain about. However, I have now done two rides with it, and I feel like I am riding a tractor.
Here are the details of two rides with the covers and two rides without them.
With the covers installed, I have to put out more watts while going slower, and my legs are extremely fatigued afterwards, even though the sessions are shorter.
I will test it one last time on Tuesday, but at this point, I really feel like it has been a waste of money.

I wish I upgraded earlier. These cups are super comfy and with the added security of the closed back.
I do not know exactly if I manage to gain 12 watts but the upgrade was really good and I reach my all time highest average of 39km/h on TT alone and not in a close parcours that is amazing
Its a shame that the EZ Go Pro Light Mount is mounted in the same hole that the bottle elastics needs to go through. So you cant have the elastics in the designated whole while also having a radar on your hydro gains. Other than that it is fantastic
Very impressed with the construction; very study, yet lightweight. All of the other rear WB cage mounts I've used before wiggle, sag, break, snap bolts, etc. Very well-engineered!
Good: I didn't feel noticeable faster but I don't doubt my bike is slightly faster. The disc wheel is quieter when compared to some disc that make that womp womp sound.
Not so good: The disc shifts position slightly, even with all the tape and zip ties. The shift in position and the valve stem openings distance from the edge makes putting air or sealant in a tire difficult. You will most likely need longer stems and an air chuck adapter.
Bad: Don't use in the rain or leave bike uncovered in the rain (hard to do at a race). Water gets into the rim/disc (via center holes) and takes awhile to drain out and can cause imbalance.
Finally, if you live in the US you will be billed a 20% tariff Politics aside, EZgains should provide this information in advance and let the consumer decide. The current statement says some import fees may be charged. Had I known I would have NOT ordered this disc wheel.
