Includes everything needed to fit including 3M tape x 2 carbon tape also included to go on crank arm opening if you choose - we recommend purchasing extra chainring guard tape if you have a power meter as you will need to remove the chainring guard to recharge. Shimano power meter cranks vary in battery life, however, the battery seems to last approximately 200-300 hours, check your battery life online for a more accurate time frame.

EZ Gains independently had the EZ AFDG fully tested across YAW angles and 30/40/50kph wind speeds, and the results are out of the park.
