Background:

I live on the south coast of England with my Wife and little terrier, aka the number one support crew. As I've grown up, some might say I have changed shape and size drastically as I moved on from rugby, to rowing and then onto triathlon in 2017. In 2021 I joined the Endurance Hub Triathlon Team based on the South Coast where I shifted my focus from Olympic distance races to middle and long distances. Although successful at the Olympic distance, winning multiple European and British Age Group titles, the shift in focus was welcomed and I haven't turned back. I work full time managing the marine aggregate dredging division for a global dredging company, but despite this the ultimate goal is to seek out a professional race licence.
