Great product overall. First time installation takes some time, but overall easy to install. After installation feels very solid and close to a real disk wheel. Great price to value ratio! A bit slow delivery to EU.
Easy to apply and look great. The shipping to the US was fast and easy especially considering the hassles with shipping to the US currently. My wife and I put the bike up on the work stand and spin the back wheel just for cheap entertainment.
They were just the elasticated laces.
I have put them to use but it was not what I was expecting and they do pop off.
So, my Hydro-Glide landed just a few days ago, and wow – this thing is a super innovative piece of tech, and it's definitely got people talking. Controversial? Absolutely.
First impressions? It's a seriously well-made piece of kit. You can feel the premium finish, and the accessories are top-notch quality too. It just feels good.
Now, will it be for everyone? Honestly, I don't know. But if you're a triathlete hunting for any kind of edge, I reckon this is going to be high on your shopping list. Me? I'm absolutely buzzing to get it out there and give it a proper go.
Let's see how it performs! If the quality of the product itself is anything to go by, then I've got high hopes for what it can deliver in the water. Watch this space!

I received my order and consulted in advance via chat and email regarding the correct mount selection. Your support team assured me there would be no issues.
The package arrived, I paid all duties, and in the end, the mount did not fit. At this point, what I have is simply a useless piece of plastic.
At first, I was told that yes, this mount would not work with my saddle. Then I was informed that your engineers had ordered the same saddle and that a compatible mount would be ready in 3 weeks. I asked to confirm the timeline, after which I was told something completely different — that no saddle had actually been ordered for production, and that I only had two options:
1. Return the product according to your policy, paying again for shipping and duties
2. Send my saddle to you at my own expense for 8 weeks, and then send it again for final fitting — also at my expense
In other words, I was misled twice.
After that, customer service simply started ignoring me and stopped responding to my emails.
All I asked for was a certificate for a free mount for a new saddle and to be added to a list for when a compatible mount becomes available. Instead, I am being ignored with no replies.
As I understand it, your company provides good service only when dealing with influencers or when orders go smoothly. But as soon as there is an issue, all responsibility for your mistakes is shifted onto the customer, who is then expected to pay for return shipping and additional fees.
This is extremely disappointing.
Please be careful when trusting support recommendations — even if you are told a mount will fit, in case of a problem, the responsibility will be placed entirely on you.

The hydro gainz double bottle mount lasted for 2 rides and then it just broke when hitting a small bump. After the firts ride the screws where already getting loose and after the 2nd ride the whole mount just broke in 2

Works well, and fitted my wheels perfectly.
The instructions (as of May 2026) are very poor but EZ Gains email support was very quick and helpful (over a bank holiday weekend!) and I understand the instructions are being re-written.
It's actually quite simple to fit, and so far it's been secure with no rattles.
Sadly not (yet) homologated for UCI-regulated track events, but OK for non-UCI events.
Great to support a pioneering UK business that offers genuinely excellent customer service.

I didn't have to use the instructions to fit the system. It feels very sturdy and fits very very well.
Great addition to my tt bike setup. Very solid mount with great bottle retention. Stable during rides and keeps hydration accessible behind the saddle. The Hydro Gains fits neatly between the aerobars, keeps hydration accessible clean designs , easy access bottle and looks very aero. Stable on rides. Excellent product. Built quality is superb, and high degree of adjustability. However, the unit is quite bulky and I feel the design can be optimized further to reduce the size. Maybe for future improvement. Overall, a very good product.

Well designed and built. It gives you endless adjustability on angle and fore/aft to get the bottle in exactly the right place for you. I like the fact its so easy to fit and has been great to use on training rides this year. I look forward to using it for lots of long course racing this year!
I have hope that this is a installation issue that can be corrected. Let me give you the deets; I ordered the cover and estimated delivery had it arriving the week prior to my flying to IM TX so I would have time for my LBS to install it properly as I did not feel like this was something I could properly do myself. After a week of no movement on the tracking or shipping, I reached out to EZ Gains and customer service responded that they were overloaded but would be happy to ship the cover straight to my hotel in TX as it would now get there after arrival, so kudos to customer service for making that happen. Cover was installed by a bike tech at the expo who has experience with this disc cover, pre-race rides went well and all looked good so I choose to ride it in the race. Nothing like a 112 mile test with some rain thrown in- there was no failure that caused issues with completing bike BUT the cover came loose from tape in an 8inch section so now I need to have it fixed. I would prefer not to pay twice for installation of the same cover as I intend to keep it installed permanently on the wheel it's on, so my rating also addresses this inconvenience of the situation as a whole, even though I felt like EZ Gains went above and beyond to try to rectify the shipping situation, I will report back with a follow-up and correct my rating if need be.

Great customer service. I ordered for the wrong saddle. I have an ISM PN 1.1 but ordered for the PS 1.1.
I returned the fitting after great communication and had the replacement back in time for a weekend race.
