Harry Palmer Makes History in Swansea

Harry Palmer secured his third consecutive victory at IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea, making history at one of the UK’s most demanding middle-distance triathlons.

EZ Gains has supported Harry throughout his journey. While many questioned whether he could repeat his previous successes, Harry continued to prove the doubters wrong, delivering three victories in a row and earning his place at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships.

Lisa Perterer – 5th Place

Lisa Perterer showed incredible resilience during her seventh IRONMAN, using EZ Hydro-Gains to stay hydrated while pushing through a challenging race.

Despite facing difficulties throughout the day, Lisa never gave up and fought her way to an impressive fifth-place finish. It was a performance that proved that when the body is being tested, the mind can keep pushing forward.

Martin Van Riel secured victory at IRONMAN Lake Placid, producing another standout performance with EZ Hydro-Gains as part of his race-day setup.

Donald Brooks – 1st Place Age Group

Donald Brooks delivered an outstanding performance at IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea, finishing first in his age group and recording the second-fastest age-group time overall.

Donald crossed the line in an impressive 4:15:09, showcasing the impact of preparation, determination and precise race-day execution.

From the Wind Tunnel to the Fastest Bike Split

Joran Driesen recorded the fastest bike split at IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea, entering T2 in first position before going on to secure a place on the podium.

Before the race, Joran completed an extensive wind tunnel testing session with EZ Gains. During the session, his cockpit, hydration equipment, helmet and overall aerodynamic position were carefully analysed and refined.

The process identified substantial aerodynamic improvements across his complete setup. Those gains were then validated in real racing conditions when Joran delivered the fastest cycling performance of the day.

Kellie Branagan Gained 35 Watts and a World Championship Qualification

Kellie Branagan transformed her race setup through aerodynamic optimisation with EZ Gains, achieving a remarkable 35-watt improvement.
